1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website(s), pages, forms, content, products, and services provided by Sirmoneymoves Inc. (“Sirmoneymoves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including sirmoneymoves.com and any related sites or landing pages (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4) Purchases & Payment Processing

Payments (if any) are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi). We do not store full payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms of those providers. Prices and offerings may change without notice.

5) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, downloads, layouts, and design (collectively, “Content”)—is owned by Sirmoneymoves or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit the Content without our prior written consent. If you submit, upload, or post content (e.g., comments, testimonials, messages) (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in all media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose. You represent that you own or control all rights to your User Content, and it does not infringe the rights of others. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or attribution.

7) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;

  • Interfere with Site security or operations, or attempt to access non-public areas;

  • Introduce malicious code, scrape, crawl, or use automated means without permission;

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harassing, misleading, or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, at our discretion.

8) Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, software, or services (including Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Google, Facebook/Instagram, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

9) Messaging Terms (A2P SMS Program)

Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages and calls from Sirmoneymoves Inc. related to life-insurance information and quotes, appointment reminders/updates, and—when applicable—business and career opportunity communications. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-In Methods
You may opt in via our web forms, Facebook/Instagram lead forms, or by requesting information directly from us.

Opt-Out / STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation SMS to verify your unsubscribe status, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit a form again or otherwise opt in as you did initially.

Rates & Carrier Liability
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

All categories of data sharing exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services.

10) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIRMONEYMOVES INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some limits may not apply.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sirmoneymoves Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

14) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution) will survive.

16) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Agreement to Arbitrate
At our sole discretion, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, and California law shall apply. If this arbitration provision is deemed unenforceable in whole or in part, then the parties agree that the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Time to Bring Claims
Any claim related to the Site or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim accrues, or be forever barred.

17) Electronic Communications & Signatures

By visiting the Site, submitting forms, or emailing us, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that electronic signatures, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

18) Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sirmoneymoves regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. Nothing herein creates an agency, partnership, or joint venture.
